Course Cancellation Policy

1. All cancellations must be sent in writing by email to [email protected]. The date we receive your email is the cancellation date, and all periods are calculated in calendar days before the course start date.
2. Cancellations received 60 calendar days or more before the course start date will be entitled to a refund of the course fee paid, less a £100 cancellation/administration fee and any applicable transaction costs.
3. Cancellations received between 30 and 59 calendar days (inclusive) before the course start date will receive a 50% refund of the total course fee, less any applicable transaction costs.
4. Cancellations received less than 30 calendar days before the course start date will have no refund given.
5. Failure to attend the course on the day will be treated as a late cancellation and no refund will be given.
6. Instead of cancelling, you may request to transfer your booking to another suitable Delta Dental Endodontics course, or to nominate another suitable clinician to attend in your place. Transfers are at our discretion and subject to availability, normally permitted once only for a course within 12 months of the original start date, and may carry a £100 administration fee. Substitutions must be approved by us in advance.
7. Approved refunds are normally processed within 30 working days of confirmation, using the original payment method where possible.

Please note: every effort will be made to avoid unnecessary changes to course arrangements. In the unlikely event that a course has to be cancelled or its date altered, you will be offered a transfer to the revised date or another suitable course or, if no suitable alternative is offered or accepted, a full refund of the course fees paid.
